Dear Torpedoes,

As we gear up for the Divisional Swim Meet this Saturday, June 15th, at the Kingwood High School Natatorium, we wanted to remind everyone to declare their swimmer for participation and sign up for volunteer opportunities. This is the final chance to complete your volunteer credits for the season.

Important Information:

• Declaration Deadline: Declarations are due, Wednesday, June 12th, at 3 PM.  Please ensure you declare promptly. If you are uncertain about attending, declare as attending but NOT available for relays.
• Volunteer Shifts: We will need more volunteers than a regular meet since all six swim teams will be participating. There are three shifts available:
  • First Shift: Events 1 through 30
  • Second Shift: Events 31 through 60
  • Third Shift: Events 61 through 86

We must submit our list of volunteers by Wednesday afternoon, June 12th, 6pm. Please sign up as soon as possible.

Let's make this our third consecutive year showing our division that the 2024 trophy belongs to the Torpedoes! 

Your participation and enthusiasm are crucial to our success.
