Dear Torpedoes, 

We are thrilled to announce that the Divisional Swim Meet is fast approaching! This exciting event will take place on June 15th at Kingwood High School, and we are eager to see our talented swimmers compete and showcase their skills.

In addition to the competition, the Woodland Hills Swim Team is offering a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and honor our division’s swimmers through personalized shout-outs. These shout-outs will be posted at Kingwood High School during the meet, creating a special way to recognize the hard work and achievements of our athletes. This initiative was a huge success last year, and it not only brought joy to our swimmers but also served as a fantastic fundraiser for the Woodland Hills Swim Team.

We encourage you to consider participating by purchasing a shout-out for your swimmer. It's a heartfelt way to show your support and appreciation while contributing to a great cause.

A shout-out is a small poster that has the swimmer's picture and an encouraging message from you to get them pumped up to swim! The shout-outs are posted on the wall at Divisionals, and available for each family to take home at the end of the meet. What a fun way to show support for their hard work this season!

DEADLINE to purchase a shout-out: Thursday June 13 at 5:00pm

COST:$5 for a Single Ad (1 swimmer)
Single Ad Shout-out (1 swimmer)

$10 for a Double Ad (More than 1 swimmer)
Double/Multiple Ad Shout-out (more than 1 swimmer)

1. Screenshot of the receipt for your paid ad
2. Picture of swimmer(s) in a JPEG file
3. Your name, Swimmer's name, Swim Team name
4. The message you'd like written for your swimmer(s)
5. Contact number (in case of questions)
6. Please title your email subject: Div. Shout - last name and team name.
