Dear Swim Team,

This is a friendly reminder about the adjustments to our practice schedule for today, Friday:

• 8-year-olds: 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM
• 9-year-olds: 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM
• Ages 11, 12, 13, and up: 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our swimmers get enough rest before our meet in Livingston.

Additionally, we still need volunteers for the swim meet tomorrow at Livingston. Your help is crucial for the smooth running of the event. If you can assist, please let us know.
