Dear Swim Team Parents,

This is a friendly reminder about the adjustments to our Friday evening practice schedule, along with a call for our volunteers for set up before our upcoming swim meet.

Today's practice schedule is as follows:

• 8-year-olds: 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM
• 9-year-olds: 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM
• Ages 11, 12, 13, and up: 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

Your cooperation in ensuring that swimmers get enough rest before our first dual swim meet is greatly appreciated.

Additionally, if you have volunteered for set up, please remember to arrive at 6:30 PM promptly. Your assistance is crucial in ensuring a smooth event.

Moreover, we're going back to our usual Torpedo set up area for the meet. Please refer to the attached picture for a reminder of where we set up.
