Now, as we move forward, I want to remind everyone that our regular practice schedule resumes today. It's important for all swimmers to attend practice, especially those who missed the time trials this weekend. If you were unable to participate in the time trials, please make sure to submit your times today. This is crucial to ensure eligibility for the upcoming swim meet this Saturday.

Additionally, I want to remind parents to declare your swimmer for the next meet and sign up for your volunteer credits. Your involvement is key to the smooth operation of our team events, and we appreciate your commitment.

Lastly, I'm thrilled to announce that swim team t-shirts will be distributed today! Be sure to pick yours up during practice.
