Dear Torpedo Parents,

As we gear up for our first meet of the season, I wanted to ensure everyone is well-prepared and informed about tomorrow's time trials. Please take note of the following important details:

• Swimmer check-in will begin promptly at 7:00 am. It's crucial for swimmers to arrive on time so we can kick off the event smoothly.
• Warm-ups will commence shortly after check-in. The sooner our swimmers are ready, the quicker we can proceed with the meet.
• For those of you who have generously volunteered to help out, please remember to check in at the announcer's table upon arrival. Your support is invaluable to the smooth running of the event.
• We kindly ask that you come prepared for the day. Don't forget to bring chairs, a canopy for shade, cash for the snack bar, sunscreen, and, most importantly, plenty of patience.
• Due to the recent heavy rainfall, we've designated the parking lot as the family setup area. Handicap parking will still be available for those with the appropriate documentation. Please adhere to the marked setup areas and sidewalks. This measure is essential to protect our pool system and the surrounding grass areas from mud and debris.
• Please do not park in the grass.
• As guests in the Newport Neighborhood, it's our responsibility to maintain the pool and grounds. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.
