Dear Torpedoes,

We have made some adjustments to our usual Friday evening practice schedule, which will affect all age groups. Additionally, I'd like to remind those who volunteered for set up about their important role in ensuring the smooth running of our upcoming swim meet.

In an effort to prioritize the well-being of our swimmers and to allow them ample rest before the upcoming time trials, we will be implementing the following changes to Friday evening practice times:

• 8 - year-olds and Under: Practice will be from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
• 9 - 10 year-olds: Practice will be from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
• Ages 11, 12, 13, and up: Practice will be from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Please note the adjusted times for your swimmer's age group. We understand that this may require some rearranging of schedules, and we appreciate your flexibility and support in ensuring the best experience for all our swimmers.

Furthermore, I would like to emphasize the importance of our parent volunteers who have generously offered their time to assist with set up before our swim meet. Your contributions are invaluable in ensuring the smooth operation of the event. If you have volunteered for set up, please make sure to arrive promptly at 6:30 PM on Friday. Your assistance is vital in ensuring that everything is in place for a successful meet on Saturday.
