Dear Swim Parents,

We have a few important reminders for today's swim practice:

1. Dry Land Practice: Due to ongoing repairs on the pool's pumps, today's swim practice will be held on dry land. Please ensure your swimmer comes prepared with appropriate gear, including exercise clothes, athletic shoes, and either a yoga mat or beach towel for floor exercises.
2. Fundraising Chocolate Pickup: Fundraising chocolates, please remember that pickups are available today. We appreciate the effort of those who have already sold out their boxes over the weekend.
3. Volunteer Checks: A friendly reminder that volunteer checks are due before swim time trials this week. These checks will not be cashed but serve as a placeholder for your 6 required volunteer credits during the season. Please note that if we do not receive your volunteer check, your swimmer will not be able to submit required event times in the time trials. Your volunteer time is crucial to the smooth operation of our swim meets.
4. Volunteer Opportunities: We still have 14 available positions for this weekend's time trials. If you haven't already, please log into our website https://npttorpedoes.swimtopia.com/ or through the SwimTopia app to volunteer. 
5. Declaring Swimmers: Additionally, while you're on the website or App, remember to declare whether your swimmer will be participating in the time trials. Declaring swimmers is essential as these event times are necessary for participation in our upcoming dual meets.
