    Volunteer Checks for Swim Team

    Dear Torpedoes Parents,

As we dive deeper into the swim season, I wanted to send a friendly reminder regarding the submission of volunteer checks for $200. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated and essential for the smooth functioning of our team.

Please be assured that these checks will not be cashed but simply held until the conclusion of the season. We understand the value of your contribution and the commitment you make to support our swimmers.

Allow me to emphasize the significance of parent volunteers within our swim team. Your active involvement is crucial during every swim meet, where your assistance with timing, scoring, and various meet duties ensures the success of our events and enhances the overall experience for our athletes.

We acknowledge the demands of your busy schedules but wish to stress that even a few hours of your time can make a substantial difference. Your participation not only benefits our swimmers but also fosters a sense of community and teamwork within our organization.

To facilitate the collection process, we will be accepting your checks throughout the upcoming week during practice hours. Please feel free to approach any board member to submit your check. All volunteering will be scheduled through the SwimTopia App or our website.

Your continued support is invaluable, and we are immensely grateful for your dedication to our swim team. Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for being an integral part of our swim community.

    See you at the pool!

    Thank you.
