Fellow Parents,

As a way to celebrate our swimmers' achievements and to honor their hard work, we are organizing an End of Swim Season Picnic and Award Presentation at the Newport Pool.

Details for the event are as follows:

Date: Monday, June 26th 

Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM 

Location: Newport Pool

We have a fun-filled evening planned for everyone. In addition to the award presentation, we will be providing a delicious spread of food and drinks, including hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, water, and soda. 

To ensure that we have an accurate headcount for the event, we kindly request that you RSVP using the Swimtopia app or website. Your prompt response will greatly assist us in planning and making the necessary arrangements. 

During the event, the pool will be open for all attendees to enjoy. So, don't forget to bring your chairs, towels, and swim suits! We encourage everyone to make the most of this opportunity to relax, have fun, and cool off in the water.

We are incredibly proud of our swimmers and their accomplishments this season, and we look forward to honoring them at the picnic. It will be a joyous occasion to recognize their hard work, dedication, and success.
