Fellow Swim Parents,

I hope you are filled with excitement for our upcoming divisional swim meet! We are eagerly anticipating the event and can't wait to watch all our talented kiddos race, aiming to reclaim the Divisional Champ title. It's going to be an incredible day of friendly competition and celebration of our team's achievements.

As you know, organizing and running a successful swim team requires not only dedication and teamwork but also adequate funding. We have been working hard to raise funds throughout the season, and our last initiative to support our team is a raffle featuring a wagon full of amazing goodies. This is where we need your help!

We kindly request your assistance in filling the wagon with items that align with the theme of Summer Fun. Currently, the wagon is half full with fantastic contributions such as a Margaritaville margarita machine, margarita mix, bottle of tequila, 4 margarita plastic cups, sunscreen, 2 towels, card game and a spike ball game. We are incredibly grateful for these initial donations and would greatly appreciate any further contributions from you. Every little bit helps!

Here are some examples of items you can donate to help us complete the wagon:

• Beach towels
• Sunscreen
• Tumblers
• Goggles
• Soft-sided ice chests
• Summer games
• Snacks
• Pool floats 

If you have any other ideas for summer-related items that would make a great addition to the wagon, please don't hesitate to include them. We welcome all creative suggestions!

To make the process more convenient, we kindly ask that you bring your donations to the evening practices this week. Our aim is to start filling the wagon promptly so that it is ready to be raffled off at Saturday's swim meet. Your generosity and support will go a long way in helping us achieve our fundraising goals.

It's through the collective efforts of our dedicated community that we can provide our swimmers with exceptional opportunities to thrive.
