Dear Swim Parents,

We hope you are excited for the upcoming swim meet against the Woodland Hills Wahoos! We wanted to provide you with some important details and instructions regarding the event. Please read through this email carefully and make a note of the schedule and parking information.

Date: June 3, 2023

Venue: South Woodland Hills Pool Address: 2030 Shadow Rock, Kingwood, TX 77339

Schedule:

• 7:00 AM: Check-in
• 7:15 AM: Wahoos warm-up
• 7:45 AM: Torpedoes warm-up
• 8:00 AM: Officials meeting
• 8:15 AM: Timers/Scribes meeting
• 8:30 AM: Meet start

Parking Instructions: Please park your vehicles in the designated parking lot located on Willow Point Dr or on the nearby streets marked in yellow. If you need to park on the streets, please ensure that you only park on one side, preferably the opposite side from the homes. We kindly request that you do not block driveways or park in any restricted areas.

Navigating to the Pool: To reach the pool, search for "Big Meadows Dr, Kingwood, TX" on your navigation device. This will guide you to the pin indicated, as there isn't an exact address for this side of the pool. Please avoid navigating to the club house, as it will lead you to the Shadow Rock address and the wrong parking lot.

Visitor Setup: As visitors, we have been assigned the back side of the pool, marked in red. Please set up in the designated area around the parking lot and on the east side of the pool. It's essential that we are good guests by cleaning up our area, picking up trash, and demonstrating good manners throughout the event.
