Fellow Parents,

I am pleased to inform you that our time trials went very well yesterday. All the swimmers put in their best effort and showed great enthusiasm. The time trials were a good practice for our upcoming swim meet next Saturday at Village Otters.

I would like to remind you that sign ups are now open on Swimtopia for swimmer declarations and volunteer positions. Please declare your swimmer's participation as soon as possible, so we can finalize the roster for the meet. Final deadline for declarations is Tuesday at 10pm. It is essential that all swimmers declare their availability, as without event times, they will not be able to compete at the meet.

For those who missed the time trials, please make sure to attend practice on Monday to get your times. It is important to have accurate times for each swimmer to ensure they are placed in the appropriate events. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please don't hesitate to contact me.

More details about the Village Otters Swim Meet will be coming soon. We will be sharing the final schedule, meet location, and other important information with you in the coming days.
