New Swim Parents,

We use Swimtopia,  to sign up for volunteer positions. Here are the steps you can follow: Or please uses attached step by step picture guide. 

1. Go to the Swimtopia website https://npttorpedoes.swimtopia.com/ and log in to your account. If you don't have an account, you can create one by clicking on the "Sign Up" button and following the prompts.
2. Once you're logged in, navigate to the "Swim Meets" tab in the main menu. This will take you to a page that lists all of the available swim meets and volunteer opportunities.
3. Browse through the list of volunteer positions under the swim meet date needed and find one that interests you. Click on the position to see more details, such as the job description, the date and time of the event, and the number of volunteers needed.
4. If you're interested in signing up for the volunteer position, click the "Sign Up" button next to the position. 
5. Once you've completed the sign-up process, you'll receive a confirmation email from Swimtopia. Be sure to check your email regularly for updates or changes to the volunteer position, such as cancellations or rescheduling.
6. Day of swim meet please show up at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and get final instructions.

Overall, signing up for volunteer positions on Swimtopia is a quick and easy process. I have also attached a step by step instructions.
